First, contact me to arrange a viewing. After you’ve decided that you would like the Apartment, let me know. When I’ve made my decision, I’ll let you know and ask that you provide income verification and current Landlord / Lady referral. If they check out, your move-in fees (first and two [2] month’s security) would be required in cash, bank or cashiers’ check to officially consider the Apartment rented.
