Make note of where/when IceChat is crashing. This is important for debug purposes to fix the problem. Check for an errors.txt file in the IceChat5\\logs folder, or the Program Files\\IceChat7 folder. Go into the Forums section of the WebSite, and read the Bugs/Problems section to see if there is a similar problem and then solution, or post a new message in this section, stating your problem, where/when it happens, and anything that is in the errors.txt file, if it exists. Provide as much detail as possible, and any things you have already tried to fix it.
