Albino is hh those are recessive. Normal would be HH or Hh because H is dominant and h is recessive. H is normal even if it has a Hh or HH because the dominant gene will show. So genotypes are hh for albino, and for normal the genotypes are HH or Hh. The phenotypes are what you see so you would see an albino (hh) or normal (HH, or Hh).
