No. Due to the nature of the work, Medair requires that all of our relief workers have a minimum one-year contract. People who take a career break or a gap year out of their profession might consider working for a year abroad with Medair. If all the other selection criteria are fulfilled, Medair will consider those applicants as long as they are able to work for the entire year.
