We can program our system to transmit weather alerts to your 911 center (by e-mail or cell phone), and your officers, AT THE MOMENT THE ALERT IS ISSUED ! We strongly recommend that your 911 center use the e-mail portion of our alerts (since the e-mail portion offers much more information), and your officers use the cell phone portion of our service. If your officers can receive regular e-mail in their units, that’s even better. Keep in mind, cell phone & pager carriers have a character limit on what can be received by those particular devices. Regular internet e-mail has no such restrictions.
