This may indicate that the database password has not been set yet. From the File menu of AttendView Tools, select Change Database Password. Enter a new password and press OK. Then you should be able to open the database with MS Access using this new password. If you are using AttendView 3.0 or earlier, there is no Change Database Password feature. You must upgrade to AttendView 4.0 to be able to open the database with MS Access.
