Upgrades can be made up to one day before departure by calling Reservations at 1-800-359-6786. Please note there is a fee of $139 per segment in order to upgrade your ticket from coach class to first class. First class upgrades are based upon availability. At check-in, coach tickets can be upgraded to First Class on a space-available basis for a fixed rate of $99.
