I would like to upgrade my purchased ticket to First Class using my WorldPerks miles. Will I be charged the US$50 WorldPerks administrative fee to upgrade?
The WorldPerks administrative fee is not charged when miles are used to upgrade revenue tickets. However, if a non-refundable ticket that has already been upgraded with miles is changed after it is confirmed, then applicable fees will include the revenue penalty fee plus the WorldPerks administrative fee.
