You cannot request a rollover or transfer to another investment provider by AIG VALIC Online. AIG VALIC requires that a Rollover/Transfer Out Request form be completed for all rollover and transfer requests. However, you can request this form on our Web site. Simply choose the “Form Request” option from the menu, and select the form you would like to receive. The requested form will be mailed to you within four business days. You can also request a form by calling one of our Client Service Professionals at 1.800.448.2542 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday.
