I would like to train three times a week. What would be the best programme?
I don’t want to put you off but training three times a week requires a lot of commitment, spiritually, physically and financially. The best way to workout is to split your training into sections. Your instructor/trainer/coach can help you achieve this. Day One – Train your body components ie: punching, kicking, sparring. Day Two – Skill in technique training. Day Three – Physical conditioning. If you train in that order you’re giving your body time to recover.
