I would like to sign-up for two dance camps. Should I complete two seperate registration forms?
Yes. Please complete one registration form for each individual dance camp that your child or children are signing up for. Payments, however, may be included in one check if multiple registrations are for the same family. Please remember, if you have 2 children in the same dance camp, that family only pays one registration fee. In addition to my interest in the Summer Dance Camp, I would also like information about the dance programs at Center Stage Dance Studio.
