GENERAL DELEGATES If you are a general delegate, you must ship any materials to yourself at your own cost to the following address. You will be responsible for receiving your shipments upon your arrival, and must pay any costs on your own. Packages must arrive between Wednesday, 20 January and Friday, 22 January 2010.
