If you are re-taking a course you do not need to re-register. Just follow the steps below. Contact your Instructor and get permission to re-take the course. Have your Instructor email us at support@connect4education.com to let us know we have his/her permission to enroll you in the course. Email us with the following information and let us know you want to re-take the course: Full name, college, course name, course semester, and name of Instructor. Q: “I am trying to re-register because I want to use the CD on different computer. It will not allow me to re-register. ” A: If you have already registered with us, you do not need to re-register. You can use the same username and password to log into the course using another computer. Just make sure you have all of the necessary software installed on that computer and make sure you do your CD-ROM Setup in the course. Reminder: Anytime you switch to a different computer you will need to do your CD-ROM Setup in the course.
