The DGRC has created platform descriptions for every print run within the GEO (NCBI) and ArrayExpress (EBI) microarray repositories. You can find the platform IDs for the microarrays from your print run on the file download page in the downloads section of the DGRC website. Simply select which platform you used and then you will see the platform IDs next to your print run ID.
