I would like to make Chloe Toes Diapers and shoes to sell in my store (or online, Ebay, etc). May I do this?

Chloe Toes patterns are copyrighted and may not be used to sew items for profit unless you first purchase a cottage license to do so. Cottage licenses are available for purchase, pending submission and approval of sample products for quality assurance. Please email us for details. We will soon be posting complete information on cottage licensing on our website. The cottage license for diapers (includes the diaper cover) is $150/year and the cottage license for shoes is $100/year. Applicants must purchase a pattern and familiarize themselves with the pattern and construction, then submit samples of each product they intend to sell (samples will be returned to you). Once we are able to approve that the products meet our quality standards, the applicant will be offered the opportunity to purchase a license.
