I would like to know more about EPC positions; such as abortion, homosexuality, divorce, the holy spirit, women ordination, etc. Where can I find that?
There are many position papers and pastoral letters available on the EPC website at www.epc.org. A Position Paper is intended to set forth the “mind” of the General Assembly of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church on some particular issue or subject. It is not intended to be a thorough theological statement nor a complete exegetical Biblical study on a particular issue. A pastoral letter is intended to shine the light of God’s word broadly on a general area of concern to the Church. Requiring the approval of only one General Assembly, it is not as definitive as a Position Paper that requires the approval of two General Assemblies.
