I would like to generate panoramas of a certain size, but PTGui has changed the output size after I did Align Images. How can I tell it to keep the panorama size set in the Create Panorama tab?

This can be done in the Project Settings tab (PTGui Pro only): Disable the checkboxes ‘Fit panorama’, ‘Choose a suitable projection’ and ‘Set output to the maximum size (…)’. Then choose the desired projection and field of view in the Panorama Editor, and set the desired output size in the Create Panorama tab. These settings can be re-used by saving this as a template using File -> Save As Template.
