You must submit a complaint form (available on this website). The complaint package contains the Board’s enabling statute and all board rules on ethical conduct, along with the code of conduct all registrants have sworn to uphold. This allows the board to provide you with a reference tool to assist you in filing the complaint based on applicable board rules and statutes. Please Note: The Board may dismiss without a hearing a complaint which involves a disagreement on the matter of the appraised value of a property when that matter has not been resolved in the complainant’s favor by an appraisal review board or court.
