At this time you can only change the font, background colour and text position of some invite templates. However, we are currently working on a project that will completely rework the invite design process. It should address your concerns as the main aspect of it is that more customization features will be available to better engage the user. Some of these features include a choice of many more fonts, colours, templates, layouts, etc. Also users will be able to completely design & upload their own invite. This new invite design process should be available in the next few months. Please note that this applies only to invite designs, you can edit other event details at any time.
