Only if the kerb is on a classified road (of which a dual carriageway is one) then planning permission would be required. Complete an application on a householder form which can be obtained either from the City Council’s website www.liverpool.gov.uk or by contacting Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3021. For kerbs on non-classified roads, please contact Enterprise Liverpool on 0151 233 3001.
