I would be very interested in applying for the internship with UN agencies but have children. Whats the position on family accompanying interns to overseas placements?
The internship programme makes no contribution to the cost of family members accompanying the intern, whether children or partners. In many of the locations there are limited or no facilities for housing or educating children and in some locations the only accommodation available for the intern will be in shared houses or apartments.
