Yes – having used both I much prefer digital, the sound quality is a lot better, you can’t run out of tapes, if something is erased it can be recovered, and there is no need to run back and forward with tapes. Also, work is easily shared if, for example, one person is overloaded and someone else has nothing. I really could go on but I think you get the gist!!
