Right to Care is not accepting applications for funding. Right to Care’s primary donor is USAID, which manages the PEPFAR fund. PEPFAR publishes funding applications in national newspapers and on its Web site. NGOs are encouraged to review requests for proposals and to submit according to PEPFAR requirements.
