Individuals or agencies seeking to verify the credentials of a student who attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine should send a written request to the Office of Dental Education. Credential requests are processed the Friday of each week. The Harvard School of Dental Medicine does not verify credentials over the phone. Please note that the HSDM Office of Dental Education does not verify employment information.
