Carriers typically make one pickup at large office buildings, usually at a mail room or central shipping and receiving. Find out where in your building your selected carrier makes its pickup. Then let the shipping clerk or appropriate contact know about your prepaid, scheduled pickup, and make sure that your prepaid airbill is attached to your bag.
