I wonder how I can search among the microarray amplicons. I know that there is roughly 88% of the version 4.1 annotated genes, but is it possible to search for the genes of my interest?

You will be able to search the genelist for your genes of interest. Browse to a print run at: http://dgrc.cgb.indiana.edu/microarrays/downloads.html Select the Platform/GeneList file. Simply open the file in excel or Word and search for your gene of interest. This file contains: ANNOTATION_ID GENE_SYMBOL TRANSCRIPTS R1_GENE_NAME R1_TRANSCRIPT GENE_SYNONYMS FLYBASE_ID GB_ACC GO_IDS_AND_TERMS ALTERNATE_GENE And much other information as well. See the master file header for a description of any of these categories.
