A. Yes. Past winners can participate again. However, starting 2008, blogs/bloggers who have won 3 or more awards at the Indibloggies are promoted to the coveted “Indibloggies Hall of Fame”. These blogs/bloggers must remain away from the competitive categories in future editions.
