The issues of vandalism and resident safety are too important to wait for the board of directors to send a letter, call a hearing, and consider actions up to and including fines. The HOA has a reciprocal agreement with the Huntersville Police Department to act as their agent and unaccompanied minors loitering in the common area after dark will be subject to arrest for trespassing.
