You may copy TV (free-to-air, cable and satellite) radio programs and podcasts of broadcasts which have been made available online by the broadcaster for use in course materials. You may be able to rely on section 200AB of the Copyright Act to take clips of commercially produced DVDs. Contact Susan Clarke, Copyright Officer, ph 03 5227 8142 for advice.
