I wish to make a complaint of television or radio interference?
Have you received one of our booklets about television/radio interference? In individual cases of interference affecting television /radio reception, correction of the problem is usually within control of the complainant. Consequently, the ACMA has adopted a self help approach to interference resolution and provides the booklets, free of charge, to assist individuals to diagnose their television/radio reception difficulties. However, should you desire the services of the ACMA to diagnose your individual problem then a fee for the service will apply. The ACMA will however, where the community is affected, investigate television/radio reception problems free of charge.
