Yes. It is possible. With a registered Hungarian K.f.t and the Hungarian Residence Permit documents, your spouse can apply for the ‘Dependant Visa’ later. However, please be aware that you will have to provide the dependant visa documents and the approval process by Hungarian Immigration Police could take about 3 months.
