I went to renew online through RegOnline and found that I have two profiles. Whats going on?

These profiles are records of previous credit card transactions (RegOnline uses the term “registrations”), and they do not indicate two CCPH membership profiles. When using our online credit card processor for membership and publications orders, we recommend skipping the password question by clicking on “Click here to begin a new registration with this email.” OR “Or, click here to start with a blank registration form.”This begins a new credit card transaction.
