I went to Configure My Hotlist Settings and changed some triggers. Why didnt the records on my Hotlist change?
A. Changes to the settings on the Configure My Hotlist Settings immediate cascade through every record in your subset of the database. However, triggers are only fired once each day (at 2:00 am for calendar-based triggers, and as soon as rates are entered for rates and savings triggers). NOTE: It is also critical to remember that once an item is added to My Hotlist, it will not be retracted — that is, changing a Hotlist Configuration Setting will not remove a record from My Hotlist. If, for instance, you set the Loan Anniversary trigger to fire 6 Months before any customers Loan Anniversary, but then you change the trigger to fire only 3 Months before, all the 6 Month records that were already on the Hotlist will still be on the Hotlist.
