Im not sure if this is exactly going to help with what you want do to but if you right click on a .wmv file, and go to Properties -> Summary tab, there are two boxes you can edit in the Description area. Title, and Comment. Clicking in the “Value” area will bring up a box to type in what you would like. I hope this helps you.
