I was waiting for my activation to complete (my Ogo screen said my activation was in progress), and now I have a blank screen. What happened?
Occasionally, our automated activation process may encounter an error. If this happens, please power down the device and then power it back up. The Home screen should reappear. From here, you can set up your e-mail and IM accounts by selecting Settings, then scrolling down to “Add IM account.” You’ll be able to set up both email and IM accounts in the Messaging Wizard that will appear.
