I was viewing my orders in the Account Manager and noticed that the numbers don add up correctly, or do not match what I ordered!! Whats up with that??
All of our products are stored in our base currency, the Euro, and the amounts you are seeing may be shown in a different currency. Since we change our currency rates several times per week to reflect the fluctuations in the market, it’s quite possible that will affect the displayed amounts in your Order Manager. Rest assured that the amount you saw when checking out is all that was charged on your card.
