I was supposedly autorenewed, but my account says Im a basic member now… What gives??
If you bought the subscription using PayPal: More than likely, this means your last payment attempt didn’t go through. It is probably scheduled to try again soon (If you log in to PayPal and look at the subscription, you can see when. Do this by following steps 1 through 3 in the subscription cancellation instructions above). Log in to Paypal and make sure your credit card info is correct (Profile->Credit Card) or that you have sufficient funds in the account, then wait for the next payment attempt. If you can’t wait, you can try cancelling your existing subscription, and then re-sigining up.
