I was supposedly auto renewed, but my account says Im a basic member now, whats wrong?
More than likely, this means your last payment attempt didn’t go through. It is probably scheduled to try again soon (If you log in to PayPal and look at the subscription, you can see when. Do this by following steps 1 through 3 in the subscription cancellation instructions above). Log in to Paypal and make sure your credit card info is correct (Profile->Credit Card) or that you have sufficient funds in the account, and then wait for the next payment attempt. If you can’t wait, you may try cancelling your existing subscription, and then re-signing up.
