I was in a car accident, hit from behind by a commercial box truck, and have developed sever carpal tunnel in both hands. It’s been ongoing for 3 years now, and I’ve had surgery on both wrists, but the symptoms remain. What kind of settlement should I be expecting from this lawsuit? Thank you.
