Yes. You have an automatic appeal to Circuit Court. The appeal must be noted within ten calendar days of conviction. If the deadline falls on a weekend or a holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. The appeal must be filed at the Clerk’s Office of the Court where you were convicted. You do not have to give a reason.
