I was expecting a message, but it didn show up! How do I check if PureMessage mistakenly quarantined it?
This is rare, but does sometimes happen. Go to http://www.wou.edu/spam-manager. If you see a security certificate warning, that is OK; just click through it. Use your WOU email username (not your full email address) and password to log in. Formerly you had to get a special password emailed to you, but this is no longer necessary. After logging in, you will see the list of quarantined messages to your account. If you see one that should not have been blocked, check the box next to it and then click the Deliver Message button. Note that quarantined messages are automatically deleted after two weeks.
