I was convicted of a dwi and sentenced to probation, will that disqualifiy me from owning a rifle?
I was convicted of a dwi for driving on prozac, I kid you not. I was hit, while sitting still by a speeder going about 50 (head-on) in the left headlight. She was over too far while fooling w/her radio. I was in a 25 mph school zone. I was knocked out cold and had a huge gash on my forehead. The police were screaming at me, and arrested me for dui when I couldn’t walk a straight line. I had no alcohol or illegal drugs in my system. The first judge I received was going to send me to a medical board at MVA but when I went back for the final court appearance I had been given another judge who didn’t even know my case and just convicted me without the medical advisory board. It was a sham.
