There is no point a wedding organiser quoting for a wedding when the services they suggest fall outside your budget. By supplying a budget up front the wedding organiser is able to select the service providers to suit your budget. Also, if you are trying to do something very special in an extra tight budget it is wise to tell you planner early; they will probably have a few tricks up their sleeves and maybe a few favours to pull to make your wedding come true.
