I was a Trainer for the old Q customer service program, what information do I need to know about Q Care?
The new format of the Q Care training program does not require a trainer. If you would like to use this online version for a classroom type setting, you can start and stop the training and insert local stories and interaction before starting back up again. Currently Q Care certificates are only available for individuals taking the quiz online – group viewing of the quiz is not advised because it will produce just one certificate.
