I wanted to search all NotePages & ListPages for the text Tom, but my search returned the word tomorrow also. Why?

The search engine will find ALL occurrences of the characters “T” + “o” + “m” next to each other, no matter what is to the left or right of those characters. That search will also find a match cusTOMers. If you only want to find the word/name Tom, you should select the “match whole word” option for your search. Checking this option will return a match only if the text you are searching for is a word by itself, NOT part of another word.
