I want to use Pancrete but noticed some of my structural support members and side walls are rusted as well. What can I do for these areas?
Pancrete V-570 is part of the Pancrete family of products. While Pancrete is a low-viscosity, readily flowing material for horizontal surfaces, V-570 has been engineered for vertical surfaces. When applied, V-570 when applied has the same corrosion and chemical resistant properties as Pancrete. V-570 is white in color, and is recommended to be used with Pancrete. After system metals are cleaned and abraded, V-570 is applied to support members and side walls using a short napped roller or brush. V-570 is applied to the sides of the condensate drain pan as well. After V-570 sets up, then the job is finished by pouring Pancrete into the condensate pan.
Pancrete V570 is part of the Pancrete family of products. While Pancrete is a low-viscosity, readily flowing material for horizontal surfaces, V570 and V-4138 has been engineered for vertical surfaces. V570 or V-4138 when applied have the same corrosion and chemical resistant properties that Pancrete has. V570 is white in color, and is recommended to be used with Pancrete. In this application, system metals are cleaned and abraded, and then V570 or V-4138 is applied using a short napped roller or brush.
