Please write “Apply to Payoff” on the front of the Insurance claim check and make sure the check is endorsed by all parties. Submit the fully endorsed check along with a letter including the loan number(s), mailing address and phone number, and instructions to payoff the loan to the overnight address below. All loans associated with the property and serviced by BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, will be paid off to the extent possible based on the amount of the claim check. Funds in excess of the aggregate payoff amount of all loans associated with the property will be issued in 14 days from the date of Payoff.

If you would like to apply your insurance claim funds toward your loan balance or use these funds to pay off the loan in full, you will need to send a letter of intent along with the check. The letter of intent should be signed by the borrower(s) and state how the funds should be applied.
