To use an Advanced Mode feature use the Dex.ini Settings window (Tools >> Support Debugging Tool >> Options >> Dex.ini Settings >> Debug Tab) to check Enable Debugger Advanced Mode Features. If the features are still not available, it could be because the user does not have security access to the features.
