I want to transfer my current number to BroadVoice. Where do I start?
If BroadVoice offers phone numbers in a city or town near you there’s a good chance you can keep your existing phone number if you switch to BroadVoice. To begin, click here to verify that your number can be transferred. Once you have verified your number is transferable, please log into your BroadVoice Account Portal to continue your transfer request. On the right hand side of your page, select “Keep My Number”. Fill out the Letter of Authorization Form, detailing your name, service address, and billing telephone number. That’s it! Once the request has been processed, you will be notified via email of all status changes. You can continue to check the progress of your transfer request by logging into your BroadVoice Account Portal.
