I want to take a course at another local HRM University (Dalhousie, King’s, SMU, MSVU, etc). How do I do that?
Students in good standing at NSCAD can take courses as part of their degree program at neighbouring universities on a ‘Letter of Permission” as long as they are still within their residency requirements for completion of their NSCAD degree. For local HRM universities, LOPs can be picked up at front desk of the Office of Student and Academic Services. To take courses at a university outside of the HRM, students should make an appointment with the Registrar, as this involves additional steps.
